During a vulnerable time, HuDost offers a powerful message with their rock/folk song, ‘Our Words Will Be Louder'. The song was written by HuDost with Dan Haseltine (from Jars of Clay) and Christie Lenee and addresses how inadequate and sheltered we can feel until we give our voices to a larger purpose. HuDost was recently honored with the Independent Music Award for their song “Rise Together” in the “Social Action” category. They are passionate about activism and advocacy and have been congressional district representatives in KY for almost 6 years for ONE (one.org - a non-profit advocacy organization working to end extreme poverty globally).

This song reflects that passion and the video includes cameos from several artist/musician/activists including Jars of Clay, Kevin Clash (Elmo), Kevin Hearn from the Barenaked Ladies,, Cy Curnin from The FIXX, GangstaGrass, Alana Bridgewater, Nawal, Jai Uttal, The Accidentals, Hymn for Her and more.
